Our urgent care services provide prompt medical attention for pets experiencing non-life-threatening but pressing health concerns. Whether your pet has a sudden illness, minor injury, allergic reaction, or any condition that cannot wait for a regular appointment, our veterinary team is here to help. We offer same-day care with diagnostic testing, treatment, and pain management to ensure your pet gets the attention it needs as quickly as possible. We follow your pet through the many phases of their lives. From specialized and preventative care during their younger years to regular wellness checks as they age, we seek to prevent and detect problems before they arise. We know your pet is important to you, that's why we work hard to ensure they are given only the best in care through all the years of their lives.

We're proud to be an AAHA Accredited Hospital. The American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) is the only accrediting organization for companion animal veterinary hospitals in the United States and Canada.
Hospital locations that choose to become AAHA-accredited are evaluated during a rigorous and thorough examination based on approximately 900 standards across their practice. Every three years, the AAHA undergoes a comprehensive on-site evaluation to maintain a location’s accredited status.

Premier Veterinary Medical Group is proud to offer emergency and urgent care for our Nassau County and Queens clients as well as any other pets in need throughout New York City.
