Dr. Carolyn Steinhofer
Dr. Carolyn Steinhofer has been working in the veterinary field for over 20 years. Coming from a background in Accounting, in 2000 she decided to change careers, and enrolled in Queens College. While continuing to handle family obligations and attending school part time, she worked as a veterinary receptionist, assistant, and Licensed Technician for many years. She obtained a BS in Biology in anticipation of going to veterinary school. In 2012 she attended Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine, from which she graduated in 2015 after completion of clinical rotations at Auburn University. She is dedicated to small animal medicine and preventative care. In her free time you'll find her in the mountains hiking or snowboarding, working on home renovation projects, camping, shooting pool competitively, and of course hanging out with her own menagerie of pets.
