Born and raised on Long Island, Dr. Saugar graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry from SUNY Oneonta in 2018 and received his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Missouri in 2023. He has special interests in surgery, preventative medicine, and ultrasonography. When not at work, Dr. Saugar enjoys listening to Beyoncé, reading, playing with his cat Mango, going to the beach, and spending time with friends and family.
