Dr. Raouf was born and raised in Astoria, Queens, where he continues to reside today. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Queens College before obtaining his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Lincoln Memorial University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2025.

Dr. Raouf has special interests in emergency medicine, surgery, and point-of-care ultrasound. He is passionate about providing the gold standard of care while educating clients and partnering with them to develop individualized treatment plans that best fit their pets’ unique needs and each family’s circumstances.

He values open communication and strives to build long-lasting relationships with his clients and patients. Dr. Raouf finds it deeply rewarding to serve as a trusted partner in helping pets live their happiest, healthiest lives.

When he’s not caring for patients, Dr. Raouf enjoys traveling, escaping the city to camp and hike with his dog Leia, cooking (and eating), spending time with friends and family, and exploring whatever new adventures life has to offer.
